Isn't CEE a nonprofit?

Yes, CEE is a nonprofit organization registered as a 501© (3) under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. CEE is incorporated in Washington, DC, and the organization is residenced and registered by law in DC and Virginia. As such, the Center provides charitable programming for high ability high school and university students and high school teachers in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).   Programs with a fee such as CEE's Advisory and Consultancy (CEE A&C) are allowed by U.S. law as long as the revenue is minimal to the over-all revenue received by CEE each year.
