Speaker Information

Yueh Z. Lee, MD, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Radiology and Adjunct Assistant Professor in Physics, Astronomy, and Biomedical Engineering at The University of North Carolina (UNC). Lee completed his medical and doctoral degrees (Biomedical Engineering) at UNC-Chapel Hill. After completing UNC's MD/PhD program, he completed his internship (Medicine), Diagnostic Radiology residency and Neuroradiology fellowship at UNC. Yueh's areas of interest are brain tumors and new imaging techniques. Dr. Lee serves as the Department's "translational" scientist and clinical neuroradiologist. Lee plays a key role in the development of the carbon nanotube CT scanner.

Sarah Sarvis Milla, MD, FAAP, is the Chief of Radiology at Children's Hospital Colorado and Vice Chair in the University of Colorado Department of Radiology. Milla is a professor of Radiology and Pediatrics at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Sarah received her medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine and is board certified in Radiology with Certification of Additional Qualification in Pediatric Radiology. She is the current chair of the American Academy of Pediatric Section on Radiology and the chair of the Education Committee for the Society for Pediatric Radiology.
