McLean, Va., December 12, 2022 – The Center for Excellence in Education (CEE) has been named a “2022 Top-Rated Nonprofit” by GreatNonprofits, the leading website for community recommendations of charities and nonprofits.
The Center is world-renowned for its science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education programs that inspire students to pursue and then excel in STEM careers.

DiGennaro, President of the Center. “We are immensely proud of our accomplishments this year, including hosting the 39th Research Science Institute in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, hosting the 2022 USA Biolympiad on the Marymount University campus, connecting teachers to industry through our Teacher Enrichment Program, and launching STEM Lyceums and USA Biolympiad clubs.
