McLean, Va. (November 28, 2022) – The Center for Excellence in Education (CEE) is participating in Giving Tuesday on November 29, 2022, a global day of giving that that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.
“For 39 years, CEE has been nurturing high school and university scholars to careers of excellence and leadership in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). On Giving Tuesday we renew our pledge to keep our programs free-of-cost to participants,” said CEE President Joann DiGennaro.
Giving Tuesday is held annually on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving in the US to inspire people to support impactful charities and causes.
Giving Tuesday coincides with CEE’s 2022 Annual Fund Campaign to support the Center’s STEM programs. All contributions to CEE made on Giving Tuesday will advance the Center’s vital STEM education mission. CEE program alumni, parents, friends of the Center, and supporters of STEM education are encouraged to participate in Giving Tuesday by contributing at www.CEE.org/donate.
