The Center for Excellence in Education Joins Global #GivingTuesday
Pledges to be a champion for STEM education

MCLEAN, VA – December 2, 2019 –The Center for Excellence in Education (CEE) has joined #GivingTuesday, a global day of giving that harnesses the collective power of individuals, communities and organizations to encourage philanthropy and to celebrate generosity worldwide. 

“For 36 years, CEE has been nurturing high school and university scholars to careers of excellence and leadership in STEM. On #GivingTuesday we renew our pledge to keep our programs free-of-cost to participants,” said CEE President Joann DiGennaro. “Join CEE in promoting Excellence in STEM education. Occurring this year on Dec. 3, #GivingTuesday is held annually on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving (in the US) to inspire people to collaborate in improving their local communities and to give back in impactful ways to the charities and causes they support.
